Kredit Mesra ini bakal dioprasionalkan di rumah peribadatan, di antaranya Masjid dan Gereja. Dia katakan, dengan potensi Masjid yang cukup banyak di Jabar, bisa memaksimalkan upaya peningkatan ekonomi selain sekadar sosial peribadatan.

"Tren bisnis ke depan itu sosial ekonomi, ada tujuan sosial tapi ada juga bisnis ekonomi," ucapnya.

Dia tak menampik, rentenir menjadi salah satu persoalan para pelaku wirausaha. Demikian, Dudi berharap Kredit Mesra mampu menjadi solusinya.

"Melawan kekuatan raksasa besar harus dengan kekuatan masyarakat. Modal sosial di Masjid sudah cukup kuat. Saya meyakini kalau kita bisa bantu untuk perkuat model," katanya.

Alasan mengoprasionalkan di rumah ibadah, dia mencontohkan, dengan Indonesia sebagai negara dengan mayoritas beragama muslim, maka bisa dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. "Ada 62 masjid yang harusnya bisa dmanfaatkan untuk kegiatan peribadatan. Sebetulnya sudah ada yang bagus, tinggal ditambah supaya lebih banyak lagi (yang bagusnya)," imbuhnya.

Sementara itu, Pemimpin Divisi Kredit UMKM Bjb Dedi Mulyadi menyampaikan untuk mekanisme, nantinya pada setiap rumah ibadah akan dibentuk kelompok dengan jumlah 5 hingga 10 orang. Baik itu yang sudah memiliki usaha dan yang belum. Namun, syaratnya harus ada rekomendasi dari pengurus rumah ibadah.

"Oleh kami dilatih dulu untuk masalah keuangan atau pengelolaan. Lalu dbentuk proses kredit. Sebelum pelaksanaan kredit," ujar Dedi.

Untuk plafon kredit, yaitu Rp 500 ribu hingga Rp 5 juta per orang, di mana menggunakan sistem tanggung renteng. Selain itu, bebas agunan dan tanpa bunga, dengan jangka waktu satu tahun.

"Hanya administrasi di awalnya 8% persen untuk 6 bulan dan 9,5% untuk 12 bulan, sehingga angsuran tiap bulan hanya pokoknya saja, tidak seperti halnya perbankan atau bisnis bank lain," papar dia.

"Kalau kita teruskan begini tahun 2030 akan lebih banyak plastik daripada ikan di lautan," katanya.

Ia menambahkan, Indonesia akan mengurangi sampah plastik hingga 70% pada tahun 2025. Waktu yang sedikit untuk masalah yang besar.

"Indonesia akan mengurangi sampah plastik sampai 70% pada tahun 2025 dan tahun 2025 tidak lama lagi," tegasnya.

Karena itu, Susi mengajak masyarakat untuk mengurangi pemakaian plastik. Hal itu untuk mengurangi sampah plastik yang ada di laut saat ini.

"Jadi ayo kita semua mari kita kurangi pemakaian plastik dalam kehidupan kita sehari-hari sebanyak mungkin kita kurangi," harapnya.

Peso Filipina melemah 0,14 persen, won Korea Selatan minus 0,11 persen, renminbi China minus 0,06 persen, baht Thailand minus 0,05 persen, yen Jepang minus 0,04 persen, ringgit Malaysia minus 0,02 persen, dan dolar Singapura minus 0,01 persen.

Sementara, mata uang utama negara maju bergerak variasi. Rubel Rusia melemah 0,12 persen dari dolar AS. Diikuti dolar Kanada dan dolar Australia, masing-masing minus 0,04 persen dan minus 0,03 persen.

Namun, poundsterling Inggris stagnan. Sedangkan franc Swiss dan euro Eropa masing-masing menguat 0,03 persen dan 0,06 persen.

Analis CSA Research Institute Reza Priyambada memperkirakan rupiah akan menutup akhir pekan dengan penguatan karena masih memanfaatkan momen pelemahan dolar AS. Mata uang Negeri Paman Sam diperkirakan tetap melanjutkan pelemahan karena minim sentimen baru.

"Selain itu, pelemahan dolar AS terjadi karena menjelang libur Thanksgiving, sehingga turut menopang penguatan rupiah," katanya, Kamis (23/11).

Mata uang utama negara maju terpantau bergerak positif, khususnya euro Eropa seiring munculnya persetujuan antara Uni Eropa atas keluarnya Inggris (Britania Exit/Brexit). Di sisi lain, penguatan euro Eropa juga terpengaruhi pertemuan bulanan bank sentral Eropa (The European Central Bank/ECB).

"Pertemuan ini akan memberi indikasi arah kebijakan moneter ECB ke depan, termasuk dalam membantu perbankan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Zona Eropa," jelasnya.

Harian Press. Calon Wakil Presiden Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno mengungkapkan sejumlah rencana pengembangan pasar rakyat yang akan diterapkan jika terpilih menjadi pemimpin Indonesia bersama dengan Calon Presiden Prabowo Subianto.

Sandiaga mengatakan, setidaknya ada tiga hal yang akan dibenahi dalam rencana pengembangan pasar rakyat di Indonesia, khususnya dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan perputaran perekonomian masyarakat.

"Ada tiga fokus yang kami siapkan untuk pengembangan pasar rakyar," ujar Sandiaga,  seperti dikutip dari  Antara saat mengunjungi Pasar Besar Kota Malang, Jawa Timur, Jumat (23/11).

Pada program pengembangan pasar rakyat, Presiden Joko Widodo sebelumnya menargetkan bakal merevitalisasi hingga  5.000 pasar selama lima tahun masa kepemimpinannya.

Ketika disinggung mengenai program pesaingnya, Sandiaga menyebut bahwa apa yang sudah dilakukan pemerintahan saat ini akan ditingkatkan lagi ke depan  ketika dia terpilih menjadi wakil presiden.

Menurutnya, revitalisasi fisik pasar-pasar rakyat akan tetap masuk dalam agenda  pihaknya agar pasar tidak lagi terlihat kumuh dan bisa lebih nyaman. Selain itu, pembenahan manajemen pasar juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan skema kemitraan dan menggandeng dunia usaha dan masyarakat.

"Kita revitalisasi, bukan hanya fisik, tapi termasuk manajemennya. Sehingga pasar ini bisa menjadi denyut nadi perekonomian masyarakat," ujar Sandi.

Dengan SDM dan manajemen yang sudah dibenahi, kata dia, pasar tradisonal diharapkan mampu memangkas rantai distribusi barang dan menjadi lebih sederhana, terbuka, dan berkeadilan.

Pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk pengembangan pasar rakyat tersebut akan bersifat holistik dan mewadahi berbagai para pemangku kepentingan.

Pada pemilihan presiden 2019, ada dua pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden. Prabowo Subianto berpasangan dengan Sandiaga Uno, sementara Presiden Joko Widodo berpasangan dengan KH Ma'ruf Amin.

Pojok Pos. Geliat perekonomian Sumatera ternyata memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi ekonomi Indonesia. Dalam catatan Bappenas, Pulau Sumatera merupakah penyumbang ekonomi terbesar kedua di Indonesia setelah Jawa.

Menurut Kepala Bappenas Bambang Brodjonegoro, kontrbusi Sumatera terhadap perekonomian nasional sekitar 20 persen sedangkan Jawa 58 persen.

"Sumatera memiliki potensi sumber daya alam di bidang pertanian, perkebunan dan ditambah makin baiknya infrastruktur," kata Kepala Bappenas, saat memberikan pemaparan di hadapan gubernur dan kepala Bappeda se-Sumatera di Padang, Jumat (23/11).

Dengan dukungan itu seharusnya Sumatera bisa tumbuh lebih cepat di bidang ekonomi dan berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

Untuk itu, kepala daerah yang menjalankan roda pemerintahan di Sumatera harus memiliki visi dalam mengurangi kesenjangan antara Jawa dengan luar Jawa.

"Bahkan saya bayangkan ketika diturunkan kontribusi Pulau Jawa sekitar 50 persen, maka akan tercapai pada 2030-2045," katanya.

Menurut Bambang Brodjonegoro, pengembangan Sumatera bisa dilakukan dari bidang industri, wisata yang menjadi unggulan di daerah itu, namun tinggal pengelolaan lebih baik agar pertumbuhan ekonomi akan tercapai.

Ia menambahkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumatera berpusat di ibu kota. Diperkirakan lima sampai 10 tahun mendatang, akan muncul tiga kota metropolitan di Sumatera yakni, Medan, Palembang dan Padang.

"Medan merupakan daerah pertama yang menjadi metropolitan, disusul Palembang dan Padang. Daerah ini akan menjadi pusat pertumbuhan di Sumatera," katanya.

Untuk mendukung peningkatan ekonomi, pemerintah menganggarkan dana untuk membangun jalan tol trans Sumatera. Saat ini pembangunan baru dimulai di Sumatera Utara, Palembang dan Lampung.

"Pembangunan jalan tol trans Sumatera ini bersinergi dengan industri dan pariwisata agar jalan itu bermanfaat untuk daya dukung pengembangan objek wisata," kata mantan Kepala Badan Kebijakan Fiskal, Kementerian Keuangan RI.

Sementara itu Wakil Gubernur Sumbar Nasrul Abit sebagaimana dilansir Antara menambahkan Pemprov Sumbar dan Pemkab Padang Pariaman sedang melakukan pembahasan terkait pembebasan lahan jalan tol trans Sumatera.

Sebelumnya, ganti rugi lahan dengan panjang 1,6 kilometer tidak dapat kesepakatan harga dan dilanjutkan ke lokasi lain.

"Apabila warga menyetujui, maka dana ganti rugi akan kita bayarkan dan pembangunan akan dimulai," kata Nasrul Abit.
